My transaction went through twice. How do I get a refund?

Please send us a Support request from the app menu by selecting the "Customer Support" option or an email (kungfutea@thelevelup.com) from the email address tied to your Kung Fu Tea account with the following information:

  • Date of the transaction
  • Amount of the transaction
  • Location of the transaction

We will contact the store on your behalf to discuss the issue and apply any refunds when necessary.
