Just shoot us an email at kungfutea@thelevelup.com with a photo of the receipt from your order!

If you don’t have a receipt, please send us a screenshot of your bank statement (making sure to crop out any sensitive information) showing the date and amount of the transaction.

We'll be able to adjust your progress on your account from there.
